A large group of us stayed in this house with lots of little kiddos. It was such a a great space for both kids and adults to hang out and enjoy themselves. The kids loved the pool and hot tub so much! it's also in a perfect location to access the beach... just a short walk! Jason was so attentive and very quick to answer questions and make sure problems were solved ASAP. we would highly recommend!!

House was clean and was just as advertised on website. Jason has provided many amenities from pool/beach toys to golf cart for your enjoyment. He was also very welcoming and attentive through out the entire stay. The house design provided both privacy and great gathering spaces. Pool area was like a mini resort. You will love this vacation house and Jason’s accommodating service adds a level of comfort. Loved our stay!Rob

Our family of 19 absolutely loved this place! We stayed for 1week and was so impressed with it! It had everything we needed and more. Having all ages from babies to grandparents, and a few days of iffy weather, we found things to do. We went to NASA, the indoor game facility by the mall, golfed, and rented a pontoon. The kids had a ball in the ocean as well as the river side. We had nightly bonfires and fished from the dock. To top our vacation off we saw the lift off of the space ship from NASA from our deck!!!

From the start Jason was very responsive to all our inquiries. The house was so spacious and well appointed. Great layout with en suite baths and several gathering areas. The zero entry pool was wonderful for the little ones. Great family setting.

This home was absolutely breathtaking and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay to celebrate my sisters bachelorette!! Jason was a fantastic host, extremely flexible, communicative and willing to work with us due to last minute cancellation elsewhere. I couldn’t recommend this home more!

This home is beautiful and was perfect for our large family Christmas gathering. I can’t say enough about all the amenities, the pool, distance from beach and area restaurants and shops. My family was so impressed and we had a fantastic time. Jason was extremely attentive to my communications and request for early check-in

My family and friends had a wonderful stay. The pool was fabulous for our small children especially the gradual entry. We had chefs come in and they were so pleased with the kitchen. There were plenty of rooms for our family to spread out in. We really liked the area the house was in. Jason was so helpful with anything we needed. The house and pool were very clean and well kept. We have already scheduled our next stay here for next summer.

We can’t say enough about how beautiful this house is! Every room was not only gorgeous but comfortable as well. The pool had to be our favorite part of the house. It was huge and had so many amazing features. Our group of 14, ranging from ages 6-72, all had the most incredible time. The house, area, proximity to the beach, and so much more made for the best vacation we could have ever imagined! Paradise Found 30A has our very highest recommendation!

Responsive host, great pool, covered outdoor seating, 3 minute walk to beach, kid friendly, golf cart, paddle boards, many nearby coffee & restaurants. Great spot to gather a family!

Just wrapped a 5-night stay and can't say enough great things about this property. We had 12 adults and never felt crowded. The pool is amazing. Location is convenient to everything. Access to the beach is as advertised...3 minute walk! We would highly recommend a vacation at this wonderful property.

This house was the perfect place to stay with our extended family! It was suitable for everyone, babies included! The house is just as beautiful in person as it looks in pictures. The pool was perfect, and the house is just a short walk to the beach. Jason was the most responsive host. Any and all questions were answered so quickly. We all had the best time and can’t wait to book again!!

This Airbnb perfectly accommodated my group of 15 girls! The house was exactly as described, and my group was so impressed by the beautiful design of the home. Each bedroom was beautifully equipped with a full bathroom and high ceilings. Bunkbeds in both rooms were large enough to fit adults. Jason was incredibly responsive and friendly regarding early check-in, home questions, and more. The guidebook was incredibly useful for navigating the home and area. The neighborhood was peaceful and a 2-minute walk to the beach. The pool was clean and my group loved the added touches of beach towels and pool chairs. The kitchen was clean and included several cooking/serving items for our big breakfast spreads. We would love to stay here again!

We loved the house, beautiful, comfortable and great location. It had everything we needed.

This house was everything I hoped for and then some. It was very clean, the kitchen was complete with everything needed for any kind of meal. I had my grown kids and mostly grown grandkids, one is going into high school this year. We stayed at the pool area which truly is a Resort. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We originally had a party of 6 + a baby but right before our trip we added 5 adults and Jason was totally fine (even excited) with the addition! We also requested a slightly early check in and Jason made that happen! The house is set up nicely for large groups! We spent a ton of time enjoying the pool and hot tub. The bedrooms are all ensuite and everyone was close enough but not too close to each other ;-) The kitchen is huge! Cooking with a large group was fun. We all enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back. 10 out of 10

Wonderful: setting, home, kitchen, swimming pool, location - simply wonderful! We combined a family destination wedding with a family getaway. The house fit 17 of us perfectly. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool - especially our little ones. We were close to the beach. The adult kids had a great time with the bikes & golf cart. Jason is very responsive if you have any needs or questions. The wedding was fun but the family time & memories made were fantastic! Thank you Jason!

We went to Jason’s place with our group of 8 to celebrate our 40th birthdays. The house was just like the listing and our group had a wonderful time!

This gorgeous home had every convenience for our family's Christmas get-together, down to a Christmas tree! Jason was extremely communicative and responsive. The location is a fantastic jumping off point to explore the pristine beach communities of 30A. Note, you do need to bike about 10 minutes to get into Alys and another 5 minutes or so to Rosemary.

We had a very nice stay. The home is beautiful and very well laid out for large groups. Jason was very quick to answer any questions we had. We unfortunately didn’t have much beach time because of rip tides so we spent a lot of our time in the pool and house and had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend!

No one traveling with us wanted to leave. This property is top notch! I don't even know where to begin. The house is absolutely huge. The kitchen is dreamy with the massive counter space. We spent a lot of time there. The kitchen does have a toaster oven, air fryer, and crockpot which was so nice since we ate many meals at the house. Jason provides toilet paper and paper towels which was a nice change from other rentals! The bedrooms were so spacious and it was great that everyone had their own bathroom. If you have people traveling with you that can't do stairs, there are two big bedrooms on the main floor! The pool and outdoor space are equally amazing. The zero entry pool was great for tanning and the hot tub heats up quickly. There is an iPad that controls the pool and hot tub temps which was nice to be able to control. We had a couple minor hiccups while we were there and still I just can't say enough great things about the property and Jason's communication.

Jason was absolutely fantastic. The friendliest, most responsible and reliable host that I have ever experienced. The pictures posted looked exactly like how the house really was. The beach is so close and is a stunning spot. I would recommend Jason and his beautiful home again and again. Perfect weekend.

Amazing house. We have 8 grown children and 7 grandchildren. The house is as amazing as the pictures and very close walk to the beach. We used to stay in Rosemary beach but the traffic has gotten so bad, it's not easy with children. The neighborhood here was quiet and easy to have kids on bikes and scooters. We could not have been happier.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Jason was responsive and friendly from the very beginning we were going with a large group and had many questions and Jason never failed to provide a thorough answer. As far as the property goes, WOW! We kept saying all week that the house was truly perfect- we could not think of anything we would change and it was so welcoming and comfortable for us. We had kids and they didn’t get out of the pool all week! If you are looking for the most perfect family friendly, beautiful, accommodating home- this is it! It was truly a piece of paradise

Wonderful house !!! We had our children and grandchildren and there was plenty of room for all of us . Big spacious bedrooms - we all felt like we had our own space . The pool was awesome for a one year old and three 2 year olds as well as for the adults . We loved it ! The walk to the beach was not far at all . We were there during spring break and it was not over crowded . The location is perfect for getting to Alys beach , rosemary beach , and Seaside for any shopping or dining . Jason was very timely in responding to any questions we had . We will definitely be back !

We could not have been more thrilled with our stay! Jason was super responsive to all messages prior to and during our stay and our group felt very well cared for. The house is stunning! It’s lay out is perfect for multiple families or large groups, everyone has their own space and the gathering areas are cozy with so much natural light and great views to the enormous and beautiful pool area in the backyard. The kitchen was a dream - everything you could possibly need to cook and enjoy a nice meal on vacation. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was exceptionally clean. We would book again in a heartbeat!!!
