We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 9 PM and 7 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.

Do you allow parties?

As much as we love a reason to celebrate, the house is allowed a maximum of 12 people at any time, not including children under three years old.

What happens if I break something?

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!

Does your home allow smoking?

There is absolutely no smoking in the house. We ask that should you or a guest smoke outside that all associated trash be extinguished with water and placed in the external garbage cans.

We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic, we ask our guests to respect this policy.

For your safety and security, we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance of our property. This camera is used solely to monitor the front door and does not capture any other areas of the property. It is equipped with night vision and motion detection.
