Is Early Check-in/Check out Available?

Accepted Answer

This is subject to availability and the rates are as follows:
1 hour - complimentary
2 hours  - $50 
3 hours - $100 
 Half-day stay - $250
 
Half-day stays are only available on week day check-ins and must be reserved in advanced. For 2-3 hour early check-in/out, please message me a few days in advance.

Question 2

What is the parking situation?

Our gated driveway can fit 2 cars tandem. There are 3 additional public parking spots on the street immediately in front of the house which is first-come-first-serve.

Question 3

Can we party in the backyard all night?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, no. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. We live in a family neighborhood with school aged kids but you are welcome to bring the convo inside!

Is smoking allowed?

Strictly no smoking/vaping indoor and out.

Question 5

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Limited of 2 well behaved dogs at $50 per dog per night. But we do ask that the dogs stay off of the bed and furniture. If you know your dog is going to want to cuddle with you, then we ask that you bring your own sheets or blankets to protect our furniture. Obvi, dogs should be taken outside to do their business and we ask that you pick up pet waste, bags are provided. Excess damage from pets can incur up to $500 fee.
