• Layout:

  • First (Lower) Level - features a large room common area with two queen beds, a walk-out covered patio, and en suite bathroom, with one sink and a walk-in shower. There is also a powder room in the staircase leading up to the main level.

  • Second (Main) Level - features the foyer entrance, kitchen, living room, and a charming outdoor balcony with a dining table with a view of the Nashville skyline.

  • Third (Upper) Level - features a laundry room, a powder room, a bedroom with a king bed, a bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a Jack and Jill bathroom between two of the bedrooms with a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom is also on this level and has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower + two sinks.

• Parking:

  • There is space for two cars parked outside the garage. Please do not block the neighboring driveway.
