Awesome place, the kids loved the pool and the tv by it, they were in it all week

We loved Sam’s place. As a family, we didn’t want to stay in a hotel all week and this place was perfect. If the kids were home, they were in the pool. Loved the little extras like local coffee, extra trash bags, dishwasher pods, detergent, and pool towels. Location was great! Although we took Ubers most days, we were walking distance to St Charles and the streetcar stop. I plan to check out Sam’s other properties for our next visit.

Absolutely beautiful! This house has restored my faith in Airbnbs. The house is beautifully renovated with top-notch appliances. The pool is perfect. The cleaning staff deserve a mention as this house was, by far, one of the cleanest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. The location is nice and quiet but still in close proximity to the FQ and other desirable districts. I literally have zero complaints! I absolutely recommend this property and will be returning for a future stay!

This is a great location, quiet but walkable to the streetcar and other attractions. This is a new-build house, so no issues with weird historic bedroom/hallway layouts like other Airbnbs in Nola. Showers were excellent, nice touch with the Malin+Goetz soap & shampoo. Unparalleled verticality in the den, lol

This is a great place to stay. Close to the St Charles streetcar line and within walking to restaurants and bars. You can even walk to Magazine St if you're up for it! The back patio and pool was a lovely oasis. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Had a great time with a large group of 10. The backyard and heated pool were great. Would highly recommend and likely stay again.

They were extremely helpful, kind hosts. They were very responsive to any questions or minor issues that may have come up. The place was beautiful and peaceful. Would love to visit again

Sam's place was amazing! It was in the perfect location. Walking distance to many local spots and only a quick 10min drive to bourbon street and downtown attractions.

This space was amazing! Very beautiful and accommodated the whole group! Very spacious, neat and clean. The heated pool was the star of the show lol. Only issue we had was the tv outside didn’t come on but other than that I have NO complaints! Beds were very comfortable and clean. Definitely would book this again! Hosts were quickly to respond and were helpful with the TV but this stay was AMAZING!!! Thank you!!

Perfect place for a new year’s/birthday girl’s trip!! The house was spotless, comfortable, outfitted with exactly what was needed, had great space and the pool was simply delightful!! Super responsive!! Leading up to and during check-out, we had a few questions - the team always responded within about 30-min. While there, we had one question about the outside pool lights and they sent someone out to the house to fix it almost immediately!! The beds were super comfortable, lots of linens for shower and pool use, and the toiletries in the baths were wonderful! The pool area really was terrific! We ended up spending two days of our trip home and lounging by the pool - the space is great and the pool temp just made it hard to leave! Thanks for an awesome time!!

We had a great family stay. The property was comfortable, well-maintained, host responsive and we had lots of fun watching football and swimming in the great outdoor space. The house was spotless and it was an easy walk or uber to every place we wanted to visit. I would stay here again!

Great space for our group of 8. The shared areas like dining room, kitchen, living room and outdoor space was perfect. We felt safe in this location and it was a short drive to everything.

I rented Sam’s house for the most perfect girls weekend. The house was great, spacious, and easily accessible to all of the amazing New Orleans restaurants. It had all of the amenities necessary, great spaces to hang out and relax communally and a fun backyard with a pool. The decor was also beautiful and it was fun to see the artist sketches next to the final murals. When I come back to NOLA, I will definitely be hoping to stay here again.
