I can't say enough about GQ vacations. The house is a whole experience. The hosts were beyond amazing. The concierge services they offered allowed me to have everything set perfectly for our arrival. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views are amazing. The beach was across the street. The private Jacuzzi was super relaxing. The decor was so inspiring. I would definitely love to come back for another visit or look into visiting some of their other locations. Thank you Brian and Jess for everything. You all really know how to set the vibe for an unforgettable experience!!!

Property is very nice in a very nice location We will be returning to Pompano in the last week of October, and would like to rent the same house for two weeks, if still available!

The water slide, pool, volleyball court, tennis court and pond were awesome. The “soccer field” only had one goal and isn’t really more than some grass and there is a little bit of a flooding issue on parts of the property. There were just some minor things that can be improved on the inside but the owner was very responsive to any requests we had. We had a large group and the multiple houses was a great setup and overall it was a great experience for us!

The house is amazing and the service was always very good! Highly recommended for groups who want to spend a few days. We went for the World Cup and made great use of the facilities, such as the pool, the grill and the soccer field. We would definitely return to the accommodation with friends. Thank you!!

We booked this listing for a birthday trip with friends. Came down with 3 couples, 3 trucks and 3 jet ski trailers. House was immaculate and very comfortable for all guest. Parking was perfect and the neighborhood was extremely friendly and quiet. When asked for launch recommendations or restaurants, the host were very quick to respond with great local connections! Thank you again!

The house is immaculate and very luxurious, very well decorated and clean, plenty of balconies on every floor and right on the intercostal where there was plenty of sea life and boating activity to watch. Our family has young children that spotted manatees/sting rays/various coastal fish. We did not anticipate the personal elevator, but it was very useful for the luggage and going to the rooftop space from one of the lower floors. Every night we headed to the boardwalk where there is plenty to do. Brian and Jess and their team were there for anything we needed which was very appreciated!

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury condo near Hollywood Beach! The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, while still feeling peaceful and upscale. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, convenient amenities, and easy check-in process. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and enjoyable stay in the Hollywood Beach area!

We had our yearly family vacation here, and rented the whole place, both houses. The place was perfect for the range of ages we have, everybody had something to do, perfect to spend time all together. The pool area is amazing and the water slide a super plus. We never left the house, just for the supermarket. Everything is maintained very well, we had some minor issues and the response was immediate, Tom the grounds keeper was super friendly and helpful. Would definetly come again. Only down side if you like sleeping in a super cold room the air doesn’t go below 70.

We stayed here for my sister's graduation weekend with parents, cousins and a few friends. What surprised me most was how easy it was to have different generations together without everyone feeling stuck in the same room. My parents could relax while the younger crowd hung out outside. It worked really well for our family.

Honestly booked it because the group chat had been saying “we need a Miami weekend” for about a year 😂 Finally happened. Pool during the day, food, music, then we'd go out later. No complicated agenda. We had a blast.

We came from Brazil, New York and Florida for this trip and hadn't all been together in a long time. Most of our favorite moments weren't even the things we planned. They were everyone sitting around after dinner, laughing and catching up. The house gave us a really comfortable place to do that.

Our group is terrible at agreeing on plans, so having a place where people could just stay back and enjoy themselves was a huge plus. Half of us went out one afternoon and the other half stayed at the house. Everyone was happy. That's about as successful as a group vacation gets.

We had family coming from different cities, so having everyone in one place made the whole weekend feel much more personal. We were able to set things up without feeling cramped and there were enough separate areas for older family members to relax while everyone else was outside. Really nice memories here.

Not gonna overcomplicate it: good house, good pool, plenty of room. We came down to relax, watch some games and hang out. Mission accomplished.

We hosted a small bridal weekend here and I was nervous about how everything would come together, but the house made it easy. We did brunch, took a million pictures, decorated a little and still had plenty of space left over. The bride was happy, so that's really all that mattered!

Had some friends in town for my birthday and this worked out great. Everybody had space, the common areas were actually big enough for us to be together, and we didn't feel like we needed to leave the house every few hours just to have something to do. Very easy weekend.

The backyard basically became our headquarters for the weekend. Coffee outside in the morning, drinks later, and somehow we always ended up back by the pool talking for hours. Really good setup when you're traveling with a group but still want room to breathe.
