Can we use the hot tub on the dock next us in the second floor?

No, this belongs to the neighbor. We do not share backyards, or docks.

Can we clean the fish on the property we catch?

No, we do not have a cleaning station, but you can keep them in your ice chest and take them home.

Are the kayaks, standup paddle boards, and lily pad included in the price.

Yes, and life jackets of all sizes.

Do you’ll provide pellets for the pitboss pellet grill?

Yes, pellets are on site and are included.

Do you’ll provide propane for the fire pit?

There is a $40 refill fee to have a tank dropped off refilled. Please provide a 3 day notice.

Are the jet skis and golf cart available to rent?

Yes, with a 3 days notice before check in. Must be age appropriate for driving and renting jet skis. Born before 1992 or have boaters certificate.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not allowed inside or around the patios of the property. However, you can smoke out on our private dock by the water.

Can we bring additional guests last minute?

All guests must be cleared by host to enter through security at the entrance of the neighborhood. With that said, last minute guests are not allowed by security. Any additional guests must be payed for and added to the list no later than 12pm the day the extra guests are trying to enter into the neighborhood.
