About the neighborhood
Set in a peaceful, upscale neighborhood in west Las Vegas, this home is a calm escape from the Strip - without being far from it. You're just 15 minutes from The Strip, Downtown, the Convention Center, AREA15, Allegiant Stadium, The Sphere, and all the nightlife, dining, and entertainment Vegas has to offer.
Red Rock Canyon, The Arroyo Golf Club, and a handful of great off-Strip resorts are also within 10–20 minutes if you’re looking to balance your weekend with some nature or tee time.

How far is the property to the strip?
It depends on where you are going on the strip and the time of day but generally, 15-20 minutes!
Can you confirm how the bedrooms and bathrooms are set up?
There are 5 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the casita/guest house. Here is the what you will find in each one: Main house Bedroom 1: King bed, en suite bathroom (main floor) Bedroom 2: King bed, en suite bathroom Bedroom 3: 2 Twins and 1 Queen Bedroom 4: 2 Twins Bedroom 5: Queen bed Bedrooms 2-5 are on the second floor. There is a full bathroom in the hall for bedrooms 2-4 to share. Each of the full bathrooms has a double vanity and there is also a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There are two roll away beds upstairs as well. Guest House Bedroom 1: Queen bed with ensuite (please note this is the only shower in this unit) Bedroom 2: Twin bed with roll out trundle. There is a futon in the living room and a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen.
How far is the home from the airport?
It's about 20 minutes to Harry Reid International Airport.
Do you have a pool and hot tub?
We have a Spa located within the pool. Because the water is shared, the Spa water can not be heated like a traditional hot tub. The heat maxes out in the low 90s.
Is the pool available year round?
We do not recommend using the pool unless temperatures are above 70 degrees as we have found that it is too cold to enjoy otherwise. We require 48 hours notice on requests for heating to ensure comfortable temperatures can be achieved. The pool OR Spa can be heated for an additional $75/day - you must choose what area you'd like the heat to be concentrated in
