One of the best houses I have stayed in Vegas. It is really hard to find quality affordable houses for big group and this one did not disappoint. We will try and book this again in the future for our big team groups!

Very beautiful home my family had an amazing time. The pool was a beautiful place to hang out and have family time before heading out to the strip. Everything was spot clean and Mycah. Just how she described it will be booking again when we go back. Mycah was very accommodating truly appreciate her response as I did reach out more than twice with questions.

The house was beautiful and well maintained. Close enough to the strip but far enough where we had peaceful surroundings. Great neighborhood with grocery stores nearby. Would highly recommend and looking forward to returning in the near future!

I can’t say enough about this special place! We came with our two kids and had a blast. So many things to do (the place is very family oriented but also suitable for couples only, too) and is just a few minutes away from fantastic hikes and adventures. Mycah was so responsive and accommodating. We really felt right at home and will be hopefully coming back again soon!

Mycah was great at communicating and the house was absolutely beautiful. Very close to a cute little downtown area. Very much recommend staying here!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Mycah's place. It was spacious and clean. Close to many of our favorite spots in Vegas. Mycah was super responsive. And she was very thoughtful and considerate. We appreciated her checking in on us every once in a while and for her kind gestures. We would highly recommend her place to anyone visiting Las Vegas.

I booked this house for my bachelor party and it ended up being the perfect spot for us. Not only is the house itself a great size and location, the amenities send it over the top. Over the course of the weekend my crew and I used all the different fun amenities in the basement and garage which provided hours of entertainment for us. Mycah, the host, was not only extremely helpful and responsive but was also proactive with tips and recommendations. Overall this was such a fantastic place to stay. Lots of beds, bathrooms, and fun things to do. Highly recommend this spot!

The house was lovely and as described. Pictures represented the place perfectly. There were clear instructions, fans in many rooms, lots of choices for sleeping spaces, and enough room for privacy even with a group of people. It was amazing to have some acreage to yourself and lovely grounds, trees, and views off the deck. Importantly, a well-stocked kitchen for cooking! Such fun. Clear instructions, not obtrusive host but very accessible if needed it seemed. Overall a great place with lots of space. Thanks so much; would definitely stay again if in the area.

We stayed for 4 nights. The house is great! The layout is perfect for lots of people. Decorated very nice. Lots to do in the house for a range of ages. It's secluded, but a short drive into Evergreen. We didn't need many questions answered by the host, but when we did, she responded right away. We hope to return for future visits.

The house could not have been better. We loved the location. Loved the views Loved the house itself. Plenty of space and lots of things to do. Could not have made us happier!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with all the essentials. The pool was a highlight—very clean and clearly well-maintained. You can tell the hosts take good care of the property. The instructions provided were clear and thorough, which made everything easy. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times, but we had quite a few devices connected, so it was understandable. Overall, I highly recommend, especially for larger groups!

if you've ever been concerned when you see a management company listed as the hosts then you havent stayed at this home. Responsive, personable and absolutely committed to assuring guests a 5 star stay! This huge home is impeccably maintained with a kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare all our meals and store the leftovers too. No scrambling for dishes glassware or silverware...everything was abundant. My last minute request for an electric beater when i realized i needed one to bake a bday meringue pie was met with the delivery of a brand new one to our front door! Waking up to the verdant view from.our master bedroom and enjoying it from all the communal rooms was a joy. Elk passed in the yard. bird song was frequent and the little creek could sometimes be heard reminding us we really were guests of nature too. Thank you for hosting us so well.
