The house was perfect for a group of friends who just wanted to experience Nashville. Never a problem getting an Uber into Nashville on Broadway, and it is very close to Topgolf and breweries. We would stay there again!

Beautifully decorated and an open spacious home - a perfect stay for big groups, with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. About a 10 minute drive to Broadway, very easy uber/lyft ride. Chandler was really friendly and always quick to reply. Chandler even messaged us the day after we checked in to ensure everything was smooth! I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely keep this home in mind for our next Nashville trip.

We loved the house! It was very well laid out for our group of 8 women. The house is better than the pictures, which is not always the case! We all commented that there were more than enough supplies, including: shampoo, extra linens, glassware, garbage bags, etc. The added details in the home; light fixtures, artwork, etcetera were great and in good taste! The beds are comfortable. The home is very quiet without any exterior noise. Chandler was very responsive. We are an active group so we took morning walks to downtown, the Gulch etc. Otherwise, we took Ubers and everything was within a 10-12 minute ride. Our whole group agreed that the price was very reasonable and worth every penny! I would 100% book this location and with Chandler again!

We loved this house! It’s in a great location! There are places that you can walk to and an easy Uber ride to broadway! The house is very spacious but also has a warm feel. We were there for a bachelorette and it was perfect for all of us! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone else visiting Nashville!

Overall our stay was amazing from the cleanliness of the home to the convenience of the full kitchen and countless amenities. Check in was a breeze and the coded door locks made it easy to share with all 10 guests. Looking forward to our Next stay here!

For a group in Nashville, I can’t imagine better accommodations than this house. Chandler was an amazing host, responded quickly to any questions and was proactive about giving us recommendations. Everything was extremely clean, thoughtfully laid out, and overall an amazing stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and very clean home. Many extra special touches and going above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Plenty of room and privacy for our family of 6. Everyone was impressed and very happy with the rooftop, which we enjoyed nightly to take in the lighted downtown view. We felt very pampered and comfortable. Love the Master Bedroom and Bathroom! Location was away from the busy downtown area but close enough to drive to in only minutes.

The house location is great - as others have mentioned it's far enough away from the chaos to feel comfortable and unwind, but close enough that getting there is easy. We loved being so close to Marathon Motors - cute spot for shopping & also where you can catch the Hop on Hop off Trolly. The house was perfect for us. We loved that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The beds were comfy, linens were clean, lots of towels. The rooftop deck was amazing! Chandler was very responsive and engaged as a host the entire time, which made our stay that much better. I highly recommend staying here & if we are ever back in Nash we would stay here again

Highly recommend this home, especially for group trips. Very spacious and conveniently located - about a $5 Uber from Broadway and all other downtown locations. The views from the rooftop were beautiful and the fire pit made it comfortable to use even during this time of year.

We loved the house and would stay again. Beautiful place with a nice open concept for all to gather. Plenty of space in the kitchen and living area. We visited for a girls weekend in Nashville and were happy to have a place away from the busy downtown area. We took an Uber or Lyft to get where we wanted to be. Only issue was some drivers had a hard time finding the place. Chandler was also nice enough to let us have an early check in since we arrived much earlier into Nashville than standard check-in time.

We had a group of 8 guys stay here and everyone loved it. Everything was clean and the instructions for everything were clear and smooth. The rooftop had a great view of the city. Uber rides to Broadway and other fun areas were quick and we were able to walk to Marathon Village, which has some cool shops and places to drink and eat. We were even within range of getting Prince's Hot Chicken via Uber Eats, so that was great. We'd definitely come back here if we came back to Nashville!

Great location (not to far, not to close to all the chaos), incredibly spacious, and amazing hosts who responded with requests immediately. Rooftop was gorg and the entire house was stocked with amenities.

We stayed here for a bachelor party and it was absolutely perfect. The check-in was easy and the place was immaculate. The amenities were great and the view from the roof is tough to match. I've never experienced such a well run Airbnb and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you Chandler!

Chandler was fantastic, super easy to communicate with and was very accommodating! The location is fantastic - walking distance (if you are a walker) to Broadway and close to Bicentennial Park (this is great if you are there for NYE). We would happily stay here again!

Great place to book for a birthday- Bach party or a simple trip away! So much space! The beds we’re comfortable, house was very clean. Very close to broadway maybe 5 mins from everything we planned to do. The roof top has a beautiful view of downtown ! Will definitely keep this place in mind and recommend to friends!

Beautiful house, great roof top views, couldn’t have been happier with our stay! This was our first time in Nashville and we thought the house was in a great location, just a short Uber ride from all the attractions. Really appreciated how clean and well cared for the house was. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This property was amazing! Spacious, clean, comfortable, and great for large groups / hosting! The rooftop and the views were the cherry on top. As hosts, Chandler and Kimberly were extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They communicated all information in a timely manner and made sure our whole group was taken care of. This place is BEAUTIFUL! So clean and comfortable and had great amenities to make our stay even better. The only con was the amount of stairs but that’s all of Nashville so don’t pack as heavy as I did! Haha. But Chandler was great at responding quickly and accommodating our stay. This home was a dream to stay in and I’ll definitely be back! I’d recommend staying in the fall time because it’s beautiful weather and breathtaking views on the rooftop! 10/10 would recommend :)

I highly recommend this house and Chandler as a host! We had a group of 8 for a bachelorette party and the home was perfect. The location was 10 min tops from Broadway, close to plenty of restaurants/shops, and 15 min from the airport. There was plenty of room in the house for all of us to feel right at home, and the rooftop was especially cool at night! Chandler was GREAT start to finish with communication and everything we needed to know. Thank you so much, we will be back!
