This was the second time we stayed. Amazing property and Amazing hosts. We will be back for a third visit for sure! Can't say enough about how great this place is!

The wedding weekend we will never forget! We loved our stay here. How amazing to be able to have 15 of our closest friends stay in one place with an amazing hot tub area. Each unit was so clean and well decorated. Not to mention, it was stocked with all the things we needed for the weekend! I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful Garden City getaway!!! Thank you!!!

It's hard to know where to start. Our stay was absolutely amazing. First the communication and responsiveness of JoAnna was above and beyond any of my expectations. The property was clean, quiet, and the extras, like the BBQ on the patios, and the hot tub made for such a peaceful experience. We had a large group, and utilized all 10 bedrooms. It was so nice to not only let each family unit have their own private space, but the community space made it feel like one. Wish I could give extra stars!

Perfect place to stay for our crew doing a show at Expo Idaho. Everyone had their own little house and it’s sooo close to the venue. Would absolutely stay there again.

We came in town with family for a wedding and this was the perfect place to host all of us. We all had our own spaces yet could all still fit in one or on one of the patios to get together or have dinner. The area seemed to be sort of ‘up and coming’ but we never felt unsafe! The kitchens were well stocked and each unit had a lot of towels and overall it was very clean.
