Exterior:

Quickly identify our luxury villa with the bright pink and dark green doors, consistent with our Prickly Pear name! Ample on-site parking for up to 4-5 cars. We have a pull through driveway, which makes parking a breeze. Enjoy keyless entry with a code custom to your group that you will be sent prior to check-in.

Step through the dark green front door into a cozy, mid-century modern living area—perfect for relaxing and connecting with your group. Gather around the electric fireplace, enjoy your favorite shows on the 55" Smart TV, or dive into classic board games. The open-concept design makes it ideal for socializing, whether you're chilling on the stylish sofas or hanging out near the kitchen.

Pet-Friendly: Furry friends are welcome! There’s a $300 per pet, per stay fee. Please clean up after your pet and never leave them unattended inside the home. Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be added via guest portal after booking. Let us know in advance if you're bringing a pet.

Pool Cleaner: Our pool is serviced every Tuesday and Friday around 11am. The pool cleaner enters through the side gate and won’t disturb your group.

Desert Living: Palm Springs beauty comes with desert realities—like sand and occasional leaves in the pool, especially on windy days. Our pool team does their best, and we’ve provided skimmers if you'd like to keep things clear yourself.

Bachelorette Parties: This home is a favorite for bachelorette groups—and for good reason. In collaboration with Batch, we offer elevated party services like balloon arches, marquee letters, bubbly bars, tequila bars, photo backdrops, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services.
