This place was PERFECT for my bachelorette party. It was clean, so many bedrooms, bathrooms, lots of space for everyone. It felt very private and very safe. We were also able to leave our luggage later than when we had to check out and that was SO helpful. If I ever come back to NOLA, I would absolutely stay here again.

Great place that can accommodate a large group!

Best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! They got it right. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals for large groups. The beds/linens were awesome. Plenty of bathrooms with extra towels. Plenty of outdoor seating to watch the kids swim in the pool. If you travel with kids/grandparents you know these details matter!

This house was amazing and looks just like the pictures. Anytime I had a question or concern the hosts responded right away. I would recommend this booking for a large party. There are many stores and restaurants near the location. It’s not far from the French Quarter or many of the activities we booked for our stay in New Orleans. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house with plenty of room for all our guests. The pool was lovely, kitchen spotless and filled with supplies. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great! Loved all the different gathering spaces this house provided! There’s parking for one car inside the gate and then ample street parking in front and on the side of the house. Short drive (or walk) to restaurants and things to do! The host had great recommendations for us!

This place was absolutely fantastic for our stay in New Orleans! It was a perfect location - a quick Uber drive to the French Quarter, along with many other spots. It was a short walk to the streetcar, which was convenient to hop on and off. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Definitely one of my favorite places I’ve stayed so far. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The place was exactly as described in the listing, with excellent amenities that made our stay very comfortable. Max was super helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped place to stay!

Sam's house was absolutely gorgeous. We were blown away by how beautiful all of the space was; honestly I thought it was even better in person then what you see in the photos. We really enjoyed our stay here and communication with Sam was always prompt and easy. The neighborhood this rental is in is not the safest; however, we felt very safe with the protected gates and did not have any trouble during our stay. EASY uber to Bourbon Street, The French Quarter, etc. Would absolutely recommend this airbnb to others! THANK YOU SAM!

We were so comfortable! The house had everything we needed! The pool area was comfortable and provided fun for the kids. The bathrooms and kitchen were beautiful and had all we needed! Very happy with how clean everything was. I over packed as I didn’t realize how much would be available. The Malin and Goetz soaps and cream (a favorite of mine!) were such a pleasant surprise. Lots of towels and comfortable linens. So happy a pack n play was available and I didn’t have to pack. We were close to all the fun in the Garden District. Loved the private parking as we did use our car rental every day. I had a need and got an immediate response and thoughtful help. I want to know about the other locations they have so I can check them out in Nola because this was a perfect stay. I also connected to the surround sound (which was so easy).

I booked this place for me and six of my good friends. There was more than enough space. The high ceilings were great and the pool was amazing!

We had a great time staying at Sam’s house. It’s not too far from all the attractions of New Orleans and we found a nice breakfast spot in walking distance. Even for just hanging out at the house the pool and patio area is an awesome touch and the space is very open for a large group. Would absolutely recommend!

This was the perfect house for my jazz fest family getaway. The experience overdelivered my expectations for the large family gathering we had. The bedrooms were spacious enough to accommodate the 10 of us perfectly. The common areas, including the kitchen, living room, and pool deck area were perfectly set up for us to enjoy each other’s company and host a very memorable crawfish boil that was helped arranged by Sam, the host. Sam had great quick communication before, during, and after our stay for any questions or assistance I had. The house is clean and well-maintained. I could not recommend this property and host more highly.

Sam's place was awesome. The perfect base of operations for all of us to relax and recharge between explorations of the city for a bug birthday weekend.
