We had our yearly family vacation here, and rented the whole place, both houses. The place was perfect for the range of ages we have, everybody had something to do, perfect to spend time all together. The pool area is amazing and the water slide a super plus. We never left the house, just for the supermarket. Everything is maintained very well, we had some minor issues and the response was immediate, Tom the grounds keeper was super friendly and helpful. Would definetly come again. Only down side if you like sleeping in a super cold room the air doesn’t go below 70.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury condo near Hollywood Beach! The space was beautifully decorated, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, while still feeling peaceful and upscale. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, convenient amenities, and easy check-in process. The host was responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and enjoyable stay in the Hollywood Beach area!

I can't say enough about GQ vacations. The house is a whole experience. The hosts were beyond amazing. The concierge services they offered allowed me to have everything set perfectly for our arrival. The house was gorgeous and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views are amazing. The beach was across the street. The private Jacuzzi was super relaxing. The decor was so inspiring. I would definitely love to come back for another visit or look into visiting some of their other locations. Thank you Brian and Jess for everything. You all really know how to set the vibe for an unforgettable experience!!!

The water slide, pool, volleyball court, tennis court and pond were awesome. The “soccer field” only had one goal and isn’t really more than some grass and there is a little bit of a flooding issue on parts of the property. There were just some minor things that can be improved on the inside but the owner was very responsive to any requests we had. We had a large group and the multiple houses was a great setup and overall it was a great experience for us!

We booked this listing for a birthday trip with friends. Came down with 3 couples, 3 trucks and 3 jet ski trailers. House was immaculate and very comfortable for all guest. Parking was perfect and the neighborhood was extremely friendly and quiet. When asked for launch recommendations or restaurants, the host were very quick to respond with great local connections! Thank you again!

The house is immaculate and very luxurious, very well decorated and clean, plenty of balconies on every floor and right on the intercostal where there was plenty of sea life and boating activity to watch. Our family has young children that spotted manatees/sting rays/various coastal fish. We did not anticipate the personal elevator, but it was very useful for the luggage and going to the rooftop space from one of the lower floors. Every night we headed to the boardwalk where there is plenty to do. Brian and Jess and their team were there for anything we needed which was very appreciated!

The house is amazing and the service was always very good! Highly recommended for groups who want to spend a few days. We went for the World Cup and made great use of the facilities, such as the pool, the grill and the soccer field. We would definitely return to the accommodation with friends. Thank you!!

Property is very nice in a very nice location We will be returning to Pompano in the last week of October, and would like to rent the same house for two weeks, if still available!

No occasion really. Four friends, a long weekend and an excuse to get out of Miami for a bit. We spent most of the trip eating, talking, going in and out of the water and doing absolutely nothing productive. 10/10 plan.

We stayed with another couple for a low-key anniversary trip. The mornings were probably my favorite part, just sitting outside before everyone else was awake. Very peaceful and much more relaxing than staying in a busy hotel.

We came down mostly to fish, relax and get away for a few days. The location worked great for that. Didn't need anything fancy, just space, water nearby and somewhere comfortable to hang out at night. Checked all the boxes.

We had friends coming from three different countries and hadn't seen each other all together in years. Most evenings turned into long dinners and conversations outside. It was one of those trips where the house became part of the memory instead of just somewhere to sleep.

The waterfront setup was the main reason we booked and it ended up being the part everyone talked about most. Our group had different schedules throughout the trip, so having outdoor space where people could come and go without disrupting everyone else was really useful.

Such a good bachelorette house!! We wanted somewhere that felt fun but not like we had to be out partying the entire weekend. We did dinner one night, stayed in the next, took way too many pictures and basically lived outside during the day. Bride approved :)

Celebrated my birthday here with a few close friends. Nothing crazy, just good food, drinks, music and plenty of time outside. Honestly the best part was not having to rush anywhere. We all left saying we should do it again next year.

We wanted a quiet Keys weekend where we could mostly stay put, and this was exactly that. Mornings outside with coffee, afternoons by the water, and dinner at the house most nights. It felt easy from the minute we arrived.
