Nick’s place is INCREDIBLE! It is exactly as pictured in all the photos and yet it was still an extremely pleasant surprise simply because of how cool this space is. It’s a very unique building and it was extremely accommodating and comfortable for our group of 9. Every area of the space is clean and tidy and all appliances, fixtures and amenities are new and in great condition. It’s a massive space but it’s easy to access and navigate. Nick was very responsive and super flexible in allowing our group to check-in a few hours early. Any issue or request you might have, Nick will address promptly and proactively! The location is perfect — plenty of awesome walkable spots nearby and close to the French Quarter but in a quiet, safe, clean area. This might be my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. If Nick’s place is available, I HIGHLY recommend you book it!

Overall the Airbnb was great for our group of 14. Decently close to Bourbon / Frenchman (just a 20-25 min walk). Proximity to the grocery store was great! Beds were very comfy and having a bathroom in every room was awesome! Highly recommend for large groups.

Our stay was great!! Everything was extremely clean, our host responded within minutes when we had questions, and there was plenty of room for all of us! Overall, we would stay here again, and would definitely recommend.

The place was great and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and lots of showers and amenities for our guests. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

One of the few airbnbs I’ve stayed at where the actual space lived up to the pictures. Everyone having their own bathrooms, and the rooftop were great features. Close walk to the WWII museum and very reasonable walk to Bourbon St/Jackson Square.

Nick’s place was amazing. The units were spacious and allowed the 9 of us to comfortably stay. He was really responsive, and one quick matter that needed attention at check in was resolved by Nick immediately. He is a great host, and I would stay at his place again.

Really interesting architecture, with the soaring atrium. Was very close to all of the activities we wanted to do in NOLA so we could walk. Really nice that every room has its own bathroom. Great stay.

Excellent property and great location!

We stayed here with 11 individuals. This place was magnificent. Such a unique and fun home base to spend our 4 days in New Orleans.
