The place was clean, well-maintained and in a nice area and close to downtown Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay here! The place was clean and secure. It is within 15 minutes to anything in Nashville and a straight shot a couple miles to everything on Broadway.

Amazing experience with AvantStay and the Outrider 104 in Nashville. The place was clean and very well furnished. It was close to a lot of cute breakfast places and bars with live music to hangout in the evening. We co-mingled with the locals vs the college and bachelorette crowd from downtown which was a plus for us. Be mindful that the top floor bedroom can get warm as the bed cover the vent. One of the bedrooms has a queen bunk bed vs regular queen bed. Also the top bedroom gets noisy at night (until 2-3am) due to the proximity of the bars, live music and the food trucks blasting music. I did ask the following night the food truck to turn down the music by 12 am and he did - I slept much better.

From the moment we booked a full hotel buy-out with AvantStay in Nashville, to the completion of our trip several months later - our experience was 5 star. Specifically, Rose, a member of the AvantStay Guest Support team was so helpful with all of our requests, big and small. She coordinated catering, shuttle services and gave great local recommendations. She was highly organized and followed up every step of the way. Arriving at the property we were greeted by the property cleaning manager Shaq who was equally as accommodating and lovely to deal with. The property was ideal for our corporate team of 20 - each guest getting their own room, and several common areas for us to congregate for meals and activities. Great location, well equipped, truly a 5 Star experience.

Will be back! Celebrated my daughters birthday in Nashville get location close to broadway and several attractions. Safe and secure for ladies or anyone really so glad I chose to stay here

We met some friends in Nashville for the weekend and this was a great location. Close to food and shops. And our uber to Broadway was less then 20 bucks. We had all the necessities in the place.

It was close to where we spent most of the days when we were out and about and it was so clean and more spacious than it appeared. We all loved it and the hospitality was fantastic for your home and in Nashville all together.

Stayed in Nashville, great location with easy access to scooters, Ubers groceries etc Broadway a 9.00 Uber ride. Loves the space and rooftop patio. Will be staying at another location for sure!
