Yes. 2 days prior to your arrival, I will reach out with check-in instructions and provide the Casa Monstera Digital Welcome Guide, which explains how to navigate our home, local restaurants to grab a bite, bars, and fun activities to enjoy during your stay in Fort Lauderdale.

Can we deliver packages ahead of time?

Yes, you can deliver packages to Casa Monstera ahead of time. Just be mindful that our home may be vacant when the package is delivered.

Can you guarantee an early check-in?

Accepted Answer

We always try our best to accommodate an early check-in when possible. We offer 2 options for guests:

1. To guarantee an early check-in on your arrival date we charge a discounted daily rate of $350. This allows us to block off the night prior, coordinate with our cleaning crew, and ensure our home is spotless for your visit. The $350 gives you and your crew access to the entire property starting at 10 am. We recommend this option for large groups that have morning flights.

2. If you are not interested in securing an early check-in at our discounted rate, please reach out 2 days before check-in to confirm if the property is available.

Question 6

Can you help coordinate setup with 3rd party vendors?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are happy to help coordinate and recommend you introduce us to your vendor 2 weeks prior to check-in date. This includes, but is not limited to DJs, decorators, stocking fridges before your arrival, yoga retreats, private chefs, special requests, etc.
