The home includes The Sanctuary (4 bedrooms, 12 beds, 3 baths), the Bunk Rooms (2 bedrooms, 8 beds, 2 baths, living room, and kitchenette), and an expansive private deck perfect for outdoor dining, games, and relaxation.

Guests have exclusive access to all private spaces as well as shared use of Good Life Resort’s award-winning Beach Boardwalk, an open-air space designed for leisure and community. Additional resort event spaces are available for private bookings, including options for bonfires and large gatherings.

The property accommodates up to 30 guests with 19 beds across six bedrooms. Amenities include a chef’s kitchen equipped with a 48” Viking range, double ovens, and microwaves, as well as two coffee makers and tableware for 30 guests. The property features two 75” flatscreen TVs, a pool table, high-speed Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 1000 Mbps, and complimentary coffee and welcome snacks. The private deck features a BBQ grill, ample seating, and areas for games or team activities. Families will find a Pack 'n Play and board games provided.

Parking includes two gated spots and free street parking for approximately 20 vehicles. Guests may request upgrades such as early check-in, late checkout, pet-friendly options, or event hosting for up to 250 guests. As a licensed California hotel, guests are required to upload ID through our secure system before check-in to access Wi-Fi, entry codes, and parking details.
