What happens if my card payment is pending but I didn’t receive email confirmation?

What is the policy for cancellations or changing date/name?

Date change: allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice; extra charges may apply.

Cancellation: If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance you get a full refund minus bank commission (15%). Less than 48 hours leads to 50% refund or no refund.

If I’m a local/resident, is there a special package?

Yes. The “Local-Residents” package is valid only with an official ID issued in Cancún. Otherwise a USD 100 charge will apply for entry
