About this Bar
Tucked behind a red door with a Fender guitar neck handle since 1988, Dan Electro’s blends every genre into one intimate soundtrack.
The stage’s long history of standout performances has shaped a room where newcomers, teen rockers, and touring pros share the same warm spotlight.
Many have moved on, but this monument to music remains — magnetic, meaningful, and made for the moment.
We operate as an incubator for live music, balancing no-cover nights with modest-cover shows so everyone can experience Houston’s creative pulse.
Order a local beer or a glass of wine, settle into a vintage booth, and let the next set remind you why live music matters.

We also have tables available for reservation, which is an extra $10 up-charge per person.
