Quite literally the best cocktail bar in Louisville. Their drinks are so creative, inventive and delicious! They also have the best espresso martini in the city and the coolest technology that lets them distill just about anything. If I'm going out... I'm going to Prova.

This is such a cool place. The Distillery is creating some very good spirits. We love the Amaro, Vermouth and ESPECIALLY the Lemoncello! The bar area is AWESOME for fabulous cocktails as well as full tasting menu from the onsite Distillery.

We’ve been coming here since it opened and each time has been a great experience. Each time there is a different variety of new drinks. All of which have been really good. I enjoy the fact that the owners allow creativity between each bartender to make their own menu items. The owners have both been really kind as well and welcoming of our pups. I only know two of the bartenders names (both named Jordan) and they have both not only been helpful with all of the different types of drinks but my glass never went empty for more than a minute. Very attentive. Also, they always have good music playing. This place has been a wonderful diamond in the rough and I hope to see them blow up in the Louisville bar scene.

This place is amazing! I went there for their special event that requires you buy tickets and it was Harry Potter Theme. I do really enjoyed it a lot. Their cocktails are amazing. I would definitely want to come back for more.

Prova is an awesome new Italian bar in Louisville! I went there for the Taylor Swift listening party last Friday and was pleasantly surprised. They have a good sized bar with a nice patio attached. I had two drinks - one was The Showgirl which was a special that night, and the other was called the Red Right Hand. Both came in glasses chilled by what I believe was liquid nitrogen which was cool to see. They both had very balanced flavors and the Red Right Hand came with an orange flavored bubble thing on top (you’ll have to look at the picture). Our drinks also came with some olives and nuts, so I felt like I was right back in Italy. I love that they make their own spirits and might have to buy a bottle next time I’m in.

The vibes, the playlist, the crew all immaculate. So glad I stopped in and will be back! They have a very curated drink menu so go in with an open mind. We tried their spin on the grasshopper and it was great. Also one of the best Espresso martinis I've had!

Great atmosphere and the food truck next door really helped me have all I needed to enjoy my drinks

Went here with girlfriends and loved the vibe here! The drinks were amazing, art from local artists, and they had a food truck in the parking lot. Tons of parking which was also a plus! Can’t wait to go back for brunch!

Prova is definitely the pre or post dinner spot! The cocktails are thoughtful and unique; not to mention absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back and it's a great stop to add for any NULU events.

Best Cocktail bar in NULU. The drinks are great, the staff is great and the atmosphere is great. I highly recommend the lemon thief. Ill defiantly be coming back.

Prova is a true gem in Louisville! The authentic Italian liquor drinks were some of the best I’ve ever had—beautifully balanced and absolutely delicious. I had the chance to chat with the owners, who shared they even source their lemons directly from Italy for the drinks. That kind of dedication to authenticity really shows in the flavor and overall experience. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for a true taste of Italy in Louisville!
