Can I sabre my own bottle? Is it safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and yes! Purchase a bottle of one of our artisan Champagnes, and choose if you'd like one of our experts to sabre it for you, or you can do it yourself (we suggest the latter). Our staff is trained in The Art of Sabrage, which is the dramatic act of opening a Champagne bottle with a sword, and they will happily pass that knowledge and expertise on to you. On top of bragging rights and a badass instagram vid, you can even take home the keepsake cork.

Yes, we always have a flight of sparkling wines available and our staff is eager to share their knowledge of different production methods and wine styles with you alongside each pour.
