What you'll do:
Enjoy the decadence of dinner out, from the comfort of your party rental! You will indulge in unique appetizers and fresh-shaken cocktails while your chef perfumes your home with the delicious scents of Italy or France. You can spend your Cocktail Hour relaxing in your rental’s common space, or feel free to join your Chef in the kitchen and watch them work their magic!
When dinner is ready, you will sit down at a fully set table, complete with flowers, wine glasses, and a delicious assortment of food! While your party is sharing a one-of-a-kind meal, your Chef will be in the kitchen, cleaning your rental to a perfect polish.

Your One-Of-A-Kind 6 Course Tasting Menu includes:
- Cocktail Hour - 4 Hors D’oeuvres + 1 Signature Cocktail of your choosing.
- Four Dinner Courses created and plated by Chef Ryan in your own kitchen, featuring Handmade Pasta, Local Vegetables, Wild Caught Fish, Sustainably-Raised Beef, and Unique Desserts!
- For each course, Chef Ryan will work with you to pair the perfect Wine, Cocktail, or Non-Alcoholic Drink.
- Before your Dinner, Chef Ryan will craft a “Once in a Lifetime” menu with you, accounting for your groups dietary preferences and allergies.
- Your amazing Dinner will conclude with Handmade Macaroons, Locally-Roasted Espresso, & Dessert Wine or Liquors, while Chef Ryan cleans your kitchen to a perfect polish.

Cooking Classes:
Handmade Pasta Class ($150 per person)
- Learn to make Tortellini & Gnocchi, each with an authentic Italian pasta sauce!
- Sip on Aperol Spritz & Lambrusco, while snacking on Charcuterie & Cheeses from Italy.
- As a group, Chef Ryan will teach each of you to mix two Pasta doughs, roll the Pasta into sheets, hand-cut the Gnocchi, and fold the Tortellini!
- After everyone has made their pasta, we will learn two quick Italian sauces, and prepare our own bowls of Pasta!
- Finally, as everyone enjoys the delicious meals they have created, Chef Ryan will clean the kitchen, making it as good as new.
- Chef Ryan will supply ALL necessary Ingredients, Tools, Wines & Snacks for your Pasta-making adventure!

As a Private Chef, Ryan travels the country, preparing both decadent and healthy meals for an elite clientele. When he is in his hometown of Nashville, Chef Ryan crafts elegant dinner parties with his Catering company, Liaison Faire.
