In Miami, detox to retox is the name of the game! Refresh your body and mind with a private 60-minute group yoga class at a tranquil location of your choice. Move with your breath, realign, and flow to the beat of your favorite songs! It's the perfect way to sweat out a hangover, harmonize the crew, and de-stress! Each session wraps up with soothing cold lavender eye towels, leaving everyone in a yoga-stoned savasana and ready to take on the day!

From planning to day of, Andrea was communicative and made the process so easy. The class was excellent, perfect for beginners and those with more experience! Yes, the yoga class can be held at a peaceful location of your choice. Please note that travel and parking fees may be required depending on the class location.

The Mimosa Package is an optional add-on that includes champagne, orange juice, and cups to cheers the party crew on the mat!
What is the Beach Yoga add-on?
The Beach Yoga is an optional add-on that involves hosting the yoga class on the beach. This requires specialty mats and extra coordination for a VIP experience.
Are all skill levels welcome in the yoga class?
Absolutely! All of Bride Vibe Yoga's instructors are happy to modify the class and poses so everyone can achieve that yogi high, regardless of their skill level.

What is the vibe of the yoga class?
The vibe of the class is upbeat, heartfelt, and super social. It's less about yoga and more about creating the space to celebrate you and your tribe with good vibes.
Can we choose our own songs for the yoga class?
Yes, you can collaborate with the host to create a custom playlist speckled with all of your favorite songs for the yoga class.
What is the purpose of the cold lavender eye towels?
The cold lavender eye towels are provided during savasana (the final relaxation pose in yoga) to help you de-stress and rejuvenate after the yoga session. They are especially helpful for hangover cures!
Are headstands included in the yoga class?
Headstands are optional. You can relax for an hour if you're really on the struggle bus, or show off your King Pigeon Pose if you're feeling yourself.
What should we do after the yoga class?
After the yoga class, you're encouraged to pop bottles of champagne and celebrate! This day is about you and your tribe, and the yoga class is just a way to bring everyone back to the present through movement and mindfulness.
