This is a great activity for people at any level! It was a fun experience for our bachelorette party, the instructor made sure we fully warmed up before beginning, and also helped break down the steps in a way that helped us understand how to transition from one part to the next. We only wish the class was a little longer, but it was overall a fun experience!
