Dance instructors have been dancing for over 50 years combined, and have certifications in AFAA Personal Training, Zumba, Pole Dance, Pound, Zumbatonic, Barre Assets, and training in BOSU, Bootcamp, HIIT, Cardio Tai Box, Group Fitness, Country Fusion, Yoga, and Active Aging.
