• All picnics are held in Forsyth Park unless you request otherwise — hotel and Airbnb setups are available upon request

• Book at least one month in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot

• Let Paige know about any food allergies or dietary preferences at the time of booking

• July 1 through August 31: 9 a.m. is the only available Forsyth Park time slot due to heat; all other time slots during this period are set up indoors at a location of your choosing

• If the temperature exceeds 90°F outside of the summer window, your picnic will be rescheduled or moved indoors for your safety

• Gratuity is optional and always appreciated
