Absolutely! We ship via UPS to ensure your goodies arrive exactly when you need them. When ordering on the Sugar Wood website, just use the date picker at checkout to tell us when you want your order delivered.
Will my waffles be fresh?
Yes! Every waffle kit is made to order and packed with care. They’ll stay fresh for up to a week after delivery.

We recommend placing your order at least two weeks before your event to ensure smooth delivery, but we accept orders up to six months in advance! Last-minute? Reach out—we’ll do our best to make it happen!
