Fantastic First (but not last) Aerial Yoga Class! I had been wanting to try out aerial yoga for a while but was apprehensive about giving it a go. Having taken yoga classes with KT in the past, I knew I could trust her to safely and encouragingly lead me through my first experience with aerial yoga! It was great highly recommend!

KT is an experienced, fun & wonderful instructor. I had the pleasure of taking an aerial class with her and let me tell you, it was so much fun! I felt like I was in a grownups jungle gym :-) she was patient to help me not get tangled like I thought I would and made me feel very at ease. Definitely will be taking another class!
