SO MUCH FUN! Very beginner friendly, as no one in our group had done anything like it before! The instructor was amazing at helping each and every one of us and making an enjoyable environment of fun!

This was such a fun workout. We laughed, learned, and definitely will be trying again!

This was cancelled with only 24 hrs notice so I was unable to plan anything else for the group.

This class was amazing!! I can’t recommend enough. KT was so helpful and patient, and she accommodated all of our different comfort and skill levels
