The farm offers private outdoor experiences, farmstays, and event hosting against a backdrop of Blue Ridge Mountain scenery. All guest experiences take place on the property, where the Durrant family manages the herd and handles setup personally.

• Party size changes: Guests can add people to a reservation at any time by purchasing additional passes. Reductions require at least 72 hours' notice before the start time; reductions made inside that window are not eligible for a refund.

• Service fees: All service fees are non-refundable on approved cancellations or party size reductions, regardless of timing.

• Cancellation policy: Cancellations more than 15 days out receive a full refund minus service fees. Cancellations within 14 days receive 50% back. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows receive no refund.

• No-show policy: Guests who do not show up for their reservation are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
