• Adding guests - Guests can add people to a reservation at any time by purchasing additional passes before the experience date.

• Reducing party size - Reductions require at least 72 hours' notice before the start time. Reductions made inside that window are not eligible for a refund.

• Cancellation policy - Cancellations more than 15 days out receive a full refund minus service fees. Cancellations within 14 days receive 50% back. Cancellations within 48 hours receive no refund.

• No-show policy - Guests who do not show up for their reservation are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

• Service fees - All service fees are non-refundable on approved cancellations or party size reductions, regardless of timing.
