Can we bring food and drinks?
Please speak to the individual locations regarding food and beverage requests. If authorized outside food and beverages will require a deposit.
Can we book for more than two hours?
It might be possible to extend an experience, but this would be up to the individual location owners and managers.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled event will forfeit the full event payment.
What services will we be able to access for our private event?
All of them! We do not upcharge or require additional booking for any of our services. A full list of services can be found on our website.
What is the maximum number of guests?
The maximum number of guests will vary based on each location. Additional charges may be incurred if the attendees exceed the number agreed upon booking. We do staff these events, so larger groups require more staff.
