Great experience overall. Fort Lauderdale has a lot of options but this felt very tailored to what we were looking for.

We wanted a HIIT workout instead of yoga cause our group loves high energy classes. So glad we found this class! It was everything we wanted and we had a blast!

Super easy to coordinate. They had the mats all set up when we got there. Definitely recommend if you're staying in the Fort Lauderdale area
