Without giving too much away we will learn several techniques for styling charcuterie meats and cheeses that will elevate your home entertaining.  We'll cover essential placement strategies, creative arrangements, and those special finishing touches that make boards truly instragram worthy.

What is included in the workshop?

We bring everything needed for your charcuterie workshop experience!  This includes all premium ingredients, individual boards for each participant, cheese cutting equipment, styling tools, napkins, & clean up supplies.

What space do we need for the workshop?

Accepted Answer

We need a table to accommodate each guest, with enough space for each person to comfortably work on their board.  A dining table, large kitchen island, or even outdoor table (during cool months) could work.  I do have a portable table that can seat about 6 people if needed.

Do you provide beverages?

We focus on the food experience but you are welcome to serve wine, cocktails or other beverages to your guests.  We can suggest wine pairings that complement the charcuterie selections.

Can we customize the ingredients or theme?

Yes!  We love creating customized experiences.  Just allow for enough time to source all the perfect ingredients for your event.

What is the minimum/maximum group size

We ask for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 15.

How long does the workshop last?

Accepted Answer

After about 40 minutes of instruction and demonstrations, I hand the creative reins over to you!  The total experience typically runs 1.5-2 hours depending on how detail-oriented your group gets.  Some people discover their inner food artist and want to perfect every detail.
