Is this a private tour?

Yes. The catamaran is reserved exclusively for your group, and we also include round-trip private transportation from your hotel to the marina. You’ll never be mixed with other groups — this is your vessel, your experience.

What happens if it rains?

Accepted Answer

Rain alone does not affect the tour, and we have hosted countless expeditions even in light showers. The only scenario where the experience cannot take place is if port authorities close the marina due to strong wind or unsafe sea conditions. In that case, we will either reschedule, offer a refund, or provide an alternative trip.

Do we visit Isla Mujeres?

Accepted Answer

The 4-hour service does not include a stop at Isla Mujeres. If you would like time to explore the island, rent golf carts, or enjoy lunch ashore, we recommend booking our 7-hour experience, which is designed specifically for that.

Is food and drink included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, an open bar is included with every charter. Guests also have the option to add box lunches at an additional cost. For the 7-hour Isla Mujeres experience, lunch on the island is included.
