Setup time varies depending on your package and decor selections, but we'll coordinate timing with you and your accommodation prior to the event.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because we reserve your date and being planning immediately, retainers are non-refundable. Additional payments may be refunded based on timing of cancellation and any expenses already incurred.
Do I need to be present during setup?
No! As long as we have access to the property, we'll handle the setup so everything is ready for your arrival.
Do you book vendors?
Depending on your package, we can recommend trusted vendors or coordinate directly with vendors you've already selected.
