Reviews for Mobile IV Hydration & Wellness in the SF Bay Area

My experience at Inner Essence Health was exceptional from start to finish. The owner/nurse was professional, punctual, and thoroughly explained the procedure, walking me through every step and ensuring I felt comfortable, and she consistently schedules me in a timely manner. The added touches like the hand massage and compression boot therapy made it a true body reset experience—I highly recommend booking an appointment if you’re looking to recharge and restore.

5 Stars on time and very professional.

I recently treated myself to an incredible IV hydration service with Inneressence Health Spa. I knew I was in good hands with the medical nurse, Jalaina as soon as she arrived. She has a calm, professional, and genuinely personable demeanor. Jalaina made me feel at ease throughout the entire treatment. I was able to relax and enjoy the service in the comfort of my home, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking to treat yourself to something truly exceptional, I highly recommend Inneressence Health spa.

This was, without question, the best IV therapy experience I have ever had. Jalina was absolutely outstanding, knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable, and created an environment that felt both calming and welcoming. And let's talk about the IV insertion, it was effortless. Truly like butter. If you have any anxiety about needles or IVs, Jalina is the RN you want. Her skill, precision, and gentle touch immediately put me at ease. The experience was so positive that I booked my next NAD session asap! I'm excited to make this a regular part of my health and wellness routine. Since my treatment, my body feels refreshed, energized, and amazing. Thank you, Jalina, for providing such exceptional care. Five stars simply don't feel like enough!

I had an exceptional NAD IV hydration experience that truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment she arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a medical aesthetic that immediately put me at ease. The staff conducted themselves with a high level of professionalism, and it was clear they were both knowledgeable and highly competent in what they do. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and completely non-painful. I especially appreciated the added touches, like the massage and leg compression therapy, which made the entire session feel more like a restorative wellness experience rather than just a standard IV treatment. Every step was explained clearly, and I felt confident that I was in capable hands throughout. Also, to my surprise, I felt the subtle positive effect of increased energy that same evening. Overall, the combination of expertise, attentiveness, and a soothing environment made this an outstanding experience. I felt refreshed, cared for, and looking forward to the next session.

I had an NAD infusion this past Saturday, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Jalania and her team made me feel completely at ease. They were warm, attentive, and took the time to explain everything, which really mattered to me. The experience itself was surprisingly relaxing. I went in hoping to feel a little boost, but what I got was something better—this calm, steady energy that stayed with me throughout the evening. It wasn’t jittery or overwhelming, just a peaceful sense of clarity and balance. What really impressed me was how I felt the next day. I woke up early—without hitting snooze—and felt genuinely rested. No grogginess, no dragging myself out of bed. I had consistent energy all day, and the best part was there was no crash later on. At this stage in life, I’m very mindful about what I put in my body and how I invest in my wellness, and this felt like a worthwhile experience. I’ll definitely be back for another treatment. If you’re on the fence, I’d say it’s worth trying—especially if you’re looking for something that supports both energy and overall well-being.

Jalaina was excellent!! I knew I booked for IV therapy but I was not expecting the extras that came with the service. From start to finish, process was easy and relaxing.

Very simple and easy process getting a B-12 shot, and I plan on getting another soon. Jalaina was very informative and professional. Would recommend.
