All guided rides begin with a comprehensive safety briefing and practice session on our training course before heading out onto some of the most exciting trails in Arizona. Frequently Asked Questions
What should I wear ?
Check the weather for Black Canyon City and dress appropriately to be outside the entire time. (Dress as if you were going hiking) Close toed shoes are required. No sandals or flip flops. Crocs are not acceptable for ATV riding, wear shoes you would wear hiking. If riding an ATV, long pants are recommended but not required. Skirts, dresses, and other baggy clothes that can get caught in the moving parts of the ATVs are not allowed. (These rules do not apply to the UTVs)
Do you offer hotel pick up ?
We do not offer transportation to and from our facility. Here is a list of some popular transportation options, please keep in mind there are tons of other options available. Is there a deposit ?
We do not hold deposits, however you are still responsible for paying for any damages you cause to our vehicles.
What is your cancellation policy ?
For most reservations, we can provide a refund if notified via email 72 hours prior to your scheduled activity. For bookings $1000 and up, there is a 6% cancellation fee. Certain reservations, such as large groups or special circumstances, may require a different cancellation policy, which will be discussed during the booking process. We ride rain or shine. Email info@azoutdoorfun.com to cancel. To reschedule, open your confirmation email and click the link “change booking.” If you are unable to rebook yourself, email us at info@azoutdoorfun.com and we can assist you.
