What you'll do:

Tea Around Town Dallas brings vibrant city views and a cozy afternoon tea experience aboard our elegant double-decker bus. Sip teas, enjoy freshly prepared pastries, and take in landmarks like the Arts District, Reunion Tower, and the Dallas Museum of Art—all from a comfortable and stylish setting.

Why we love it for your party:

  • It's a whole mood, on wheels. A flower-covered double-decker bus with live singing, tiered trays, and skyline views? The group chat is going to go crazy before you even get off the bus.

  • The photos basically take themselves. Floor-to-ceiling glass, floral decor, and Dallas as your backdrop — it's a content goldmine from start to finish.

  • No planning required beyond showing up. Seating is pre-assigned, the food comes to you, and the route is set. Your group just has to enjoy it — which is exactly the point.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is Tea Around Town?

It’s a 75-minute mobile afternoon tea experience aboard a stunning, pink floral-adorned double-decker bus. You and your girls will enjoy a tiered selection of sweet and savory treats, sample multiple teas, listen to live vocal entertainment, and take in the city sights. It’s basically Bridgerton on wheels!

Is there a dress code? What should we wear?

While there’s no strict dress code, dressing up is highly encouraged! Think floral dresses, pastel colors, high-tea chic, and fascinators (or a tiara for the bride!). The entire bus is a heavily decorated, Instagram-worthy pink paradise, making it the perfect excuse for coordinated bachelorette outfits and group photos.

Can we bring our own champagne or alcohol for the bride?

Outside food and beverages (including BYOB alcohol) are strictly prohibited on the bus, though the Luxe ticket includes a signature mocktail!

What’s the difference between Petite and Luxe tickets?

Petite: Includes standard high-tea treats, up to 3 tea samples, a private table, and a souvenir tumbler. Luxe (Highly Recommended for Bachelorettes!): Includes an enhanced menu (more bites like lobster rolls or caviar, depending on the city), priority boarding, premium top-deck seating, and a specialty drink.

We have a large group. Can we rent out the whole bus?

Yes! The bus holds up to 38 guests. For smaller parties, you will be seated at your own private tables (usually 2 to 4 people per table) near each other. If your squad is large (25+ people), you can submit a request for a private charter so your group has the entire double-decker to yourselves!

Can the menu accommodate dietary restrictions for our bridesmaids?

The standard menu includes a select few vegetarian and gluten-free items, but because the food is pre-plated for a moving bus, the kitchen cannot accommodate custom food substitutions or severe allergy requests. Keep this in mind if anyone in your squad has strict dietary needs.

How long does the experience take?

The entire experience takes about 90 minutes (15 minutes for boarding and a 75-minute riding tour). It’s the absolute perfect daytime activity to slot into your itinerary right before a big bachelorette dinner or a night out on the town.

Are there bathrooms on the bus?

There is a small restroom on the lower level of the bus. However, because you’ll be on a moving vehicle, we strongly recommend having your group use the restroom at a nearby coffee shop or hotel before you board.

What happens if we are running late?

The bus departs at the scheduled time and cannot wait for latecomers. As anyone planning a bachelorette knows, getting a large group out the door can take way longer than expected! Plan to arrive at your departure point at least 15 minutes early to scan tickets and board together. Late arrivals will miss the tour and tickets are non-refundable.
