We went with a group of three. You're only allowed to have two in a room. Which is understandable for safety. We had a blast! They were very nice and welcoming. They provided protective gear and earplugs. 10/10 would recommend, and will return when we next get a chance.

I brought my son. He's had a few things not go his way lately and I could see the frustration showing up in other areas of life. Having a safe place to let aggression out seemed to do him good. Hopefully stop him from punching a wall like my dumb ass did when I was his age. Cheaper than a contractor, and has a very friendly staff. 5 stars.

Whether you need to scream, cry, laugh, or just sit in silence during your session, you are fully supported here. I have personally taken people here who were going through intense life trauma, and the transformation is amazing. You can physically see them leave looking and feeling emotionally lighter. It’s an incredible tool for healing, which is why it's so wonderful to see local EMTs, firefighters, police officers, and people in therapy using this space to decompress after traumatic events. Here are a few reasons why this place stands out: Top-Notch Safety & Cleanliness: Their safety protocols are outstanding and highly accommodating. All the safety gear is clean, well-maintained, and readily available. Clear Guidance: The instructions are detailed, straightforward, and easy to understand, making you feel completely comfortable before you even start. A Brilliant Touch: They provide markers so you can write your thoughts, stressors, or worries directly onto items before you smash them. It is oddly fulfilling and deeply therapeutic! Ultimate Inclusivity: The environment is incredibly welcoming to everyone, fostering a true sense of gathering and community. Bonus: On top of the incredible experience, the owner’s husband sells amazing, high-quality 3D-printed items right there for all kinds of interests! I absolutely love this place. Whether you need a profound emotional release or just a fun, unique day out, I cannot recommend Break Room Therapy enough.

We booked for my daughter’s 13th birthday and had 6 of us. We got two rooms, we had three people to a room (2 in at a time per the safety rules). It was easy to see into each others room from the outer area so we didn’t feel like we weren’t doing it together. We feel like we got a good number and variety of items to fill the time and enjoy ourselves. Good assortment of weapons to choose from; though the bat was our groups heavy favorite, it made for very satisfying obliteration. I see some of the reviews about the owner and the staff being rude, but let me say, I think those people who wrote those reviews just don’t like direct communication, rules, or a sense of humor and just need to get the sticks out of their rump. Dawn was hilarious and just concerned about safety and us having the best time. We left feeling so serene, who knew we had so much rage to let out! Highly recommend.

Who would've thought smashing a bunch of bottles and random electronics would feel so dang good! Great experience, highly recommend giving it a try. Something about breaking a sweat destroying things really makes you feel good! Staff is really nice and helpful as well

Super fun activity! Booked for a bachelorette party with 8 people! They were super responsive, made it easy to book and pay. Rules and regulations were very clearly given to us! Everything was smooth. We got a recording of our time and a group Picture. And they made a customized plate for our event!!

We received a holiday gift card for Break Room Therapy and decided to check it out last weekend. Registration was easy, read the rules and came prepared. The safety chat and breakdown of the room was easy to follow and was a blast to be in. I’ll be bringing a group back soon for more!

I recently visited Breakroom Therapy for a workplace bonding experience with my coworkers, and we truly had a smashing good time (pun fully intended)! There were eight of us total, and we booked two rooms for 30 minutes. Two people can go into the rooms at a time, which ended up working perfectly. At first, I didn’t think 30 minutes would be long enough, but I was so wrong. The adrenaline and rage energy is much more tiring than you expect, so switching out every few minutes was the perfect routine and kept the experience fun and balanced for everyone. The staff member was absolutely great and incredibly helpful in getting us ready. They made sure we were well protected and clearly explained everything before we started. There’s more to the experience than just walking in and breaking things, and while there aren’t many rules, the safety guidelines are important. The staff did an excellent job walking us through them so we felt comfortable, confident, and safe the entire time. There was a huge variety of items to smash dishes, cups, bottles, computer equipment, and more. My personal favorite was grabbing the bat and swinging away. It was way more satisfying and relieving than I expected. Afterward, everyone felt amazing—like a big, fresh breath of air. I would 100% recommend Breakroom Therapy for groups, team bonding, or anyone needing a fun and effective stress release. It’s a unique experience, incredibly freeing, and something I’d absolutely do again!

Love love loved this experience! I went with my husband and sister-in-law and it was our first time doing something like this so I was a little nervous going in. However, I was met with such a warm, accepting vibe as soon as I entered that all my reservations melted away. All instructions and requirements were very very clear and provided in several different ways on several different occasions from the time of booking to the time that we walked in. Of course because I made my reservation after a 12 hour shift at work, I ended up signing with my maiden name on the waiver (I haven't been married too long so I forget sometimes lol). But this was not at all a problem and the staff helped me sign a new waiver with my correct name! They were very kind about my mistake. The safety portion was also very clearly explained. We loved that she gave us the freedom to wear as much or as little safety gear as we wanted. The only thing I would add to the safety talk is maybe just the suggestion that people without sleeves may want to consider a jacket to protect them from flying glass. We definitely should have thought of that ahead of time, but as it was our first time, we didn't even think about how that could happen. But you live and you learn! We will definitely wear tops with sleeves next time at least! Now the actual experience! 10/10 so much fun!! There was a little hiccup with our room. Because I made the reservation when I was half-asleep, I couldn't remember what package I bought so when I walked in the room and she told us we had an hour, I just assumed that was maybe what I had booked lol. However, there had been a mixup and they had prepped our room with more items than I had paid for. They realized a few minutes in and then had us step out while they removed a few of the items. However, due to the hiccup, they left a few extra items in there for us as an apology which was much more that I had expected! We had already broken a few of the items that we were not supposed to have in our room, so I was actually prepared to pay for those extra I items. I felt like I should have known what we were supposed to have and said something when it was not right. But they treated us with so much kindness and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. Personally, I'm not someone who has ever had the urge to break something when I am angry and I actually am often stressed out by the idea of breaking things. I grew up thinking that I needed to stay quiet and keep my big bad emotions to myself. However, the staff made me feel like I owed it to myself to let my emotions out here. Or at least try. I felt like they were giving me permission to do whatever I needed to do to feel better. I spent about 6ish minutes in the break room personally. I broke some stuff but realized that this was not an outlet that would work for me. My husband and sister-in-law LOVED it. They will not stop talking about how much fun they had and how much better they felt afterwards. I think knowing what you don't like is just as important as knowing what you do. I learned so much about myself in the 6 min I was in there. Afterwards, my husband used the bathroom and told me about all the important, inclusive products that were available for people who needed them, free of charge. This just further made me feel like I was in a safe and accepting place. We bought some funny stickers to give to our friends but I really wanted to buy everything in that place lol! So many cute and inclusive things to buy! TLDR: WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Great place to let off a little steam! My wife and I came in a while back and had a blast, literally. The owner and staff were awesome, friendly, professional and attentive. They go over safety first, then offer options for breaking, smashing and pummeling different items. We did the bottles, they have several different things you can choose to hit them with as well, like baseball bats, skillets, golf clubs, hammers and more! It was awesome and really helped relieve some built up stress. Good times! Definitely recommend it!
