We decided to take a custom group class at Evoke as part of a reunion weekend. While some of us were unfamiliar with yoga and initially skeptical we all had a great experience and would return given the chance. Marissa did a great job showing us the basics and encouraging us all to experience the poses and stretches to our own abilities. Highly recommend!

I had a restorative day at Evoke Mind and Body while participating in a Saturday workshop, The workshop included yoga, meditation, creating a vision board and even a nutritious lunch. Each segment was led by a teacher specializing in those areas. The facility is very calming and inviting and the staff is extremely welcoming. I left feeling peaceful and restored and that lasted throughout the weekend. This was my first time at Evoke and I will be going back for yoga classes., as well as looking into the other options Evoke offers. There is also easy parking, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend this small business.
