This past weekend our family gathered in South Lake Tahoe for a Celebration of Life / Family Reunion. There were 11 of us, all adults ages 22-65. I scheduled a private class with Sierra Blue Yoga for the family thinking this might be a nice "family activity". Collectively our yoga experience ranged from never-tried to strong intermediate. Hailey lead us through a perfect series of movements that addressed and satisfied us all. It was relaxing, energizing and fun all at the same time, and turned out to be one of the most memorable highlights of our family reunion. The studio was lovely and scheduling with Hailey was easy and stressless. Hailey was quick to respond to my query, which I greatly appreciated, and the class was reasonably priced. I happily recommend Sierra Blue Yoga and Wellness. Thank you Hailey, we will be back!
