Who can attend?

Accepted Answer

Invite all of your closest friends who are 18+ years old. Our vibe is feminine, but our facility is not gender-specific. Our services are available to all regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation.

Question 2

Do we need to be fit or strong to take a class?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! Our classes are designed specifically for people with no experience. No strength or coordination needed! No weight limit.

Question 3

Someone in our group is pregnant, injured, or doesn't want to participate. Can they come?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everyone is welcome to attend a class. Participation is not required. They are welcome to watch or take photos. If they do want to participate, please ensure they consult with their doctor first. Keep in mind, everyone who attends is counted into the headcount.

Aerial yoga is a gentle, hammock-based practice that focuses on stretching and light movement. Aerial silk, on the other hand, cranks the fun up a notch: instead of resting in a hammock, you’re climbing, wrapping, posing, and even flipping in long flowing silks. It’s playful, Instagram-worthy, and feels more like an adventure than a workout.
