Our mini yoga retreat offers your selections of the following: yoga class style of your choice (vinyasa, slow flow, etc.), in-depth asana workshop, meditation, breathwork, tarot/oracle readings, cacao ceremony, journaling prompts, yoga philosophy session, chakra balancing, vision boarding, plus any other special requests you may have to make this experience unforgettable! About this experience partner:

Reagan Sobel, E-RYT 500, is passionate about guiding her students to evolve deeper into their yoga practice. Her teaching style is a unique and authentic blend of creative Vinyasa and traditional asana. Her classes are crafted to encourage students to explore the deeper aspects of yoga and mindfulness and how they can take it off their mats and into their daily lives. She loves studying yoga philosophy and history and you’ll often find her weaving it into her offerings. Reagan has been practicing yoga regularly since 2016 and teaching since 2019. When she is not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her doing some combination of spending time in the sun, reading, or traveling to a new place. 

James Burns, RYT 200, is an author, tarot reader, and yoga teacher who loves to dive into deep conversations by discussing questions like, “If you could give your childhood self advice, what would you tell yourself,” “What’s the most challenging thing you’ve overcome,” and “if your life was a book, what would the title of your story be?” In 2016 he got a one-way ticket abroad and spent a year living on farms and working odd jobs in exchange for food and a place to sleep. During his travels he interviewed people all over the Earth through Europe, Morocco, Uganda, Dubai, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Australia, and New Zealand.
