What you'll do:

Flow with well-known local yoga teacher Reagan Sobel (E-RYT 500) or one of her amazing assistant teachers (in the case that she is unavailable). Whether you're looking to expand your yoga practice or just stretch out and unwind, we've got you covered!

We offer customized yoga classes for your group - all rooted in creative movement and intelligent sequencing designed around your party's specific interests. Even if you have both first-timers and experienced practitioners in the group, everyone will have fun and learn something new! These classes offer many variations and options for poses to accommodate a group of many levels so that everyone is comfortable.

• Vinyasa Yoga

• Slow Flow Yoga

• Ashtanga

• Yin Yoga

• These sessions are designed with the party crew in mind: classes are customized to the style of class, specific types of poses, playlist / song requests, and location of your choice!

• We provide mats, so you don't have to worry about traveling with them or about cleanup!

About this experience partner:

Reagan, E-RYT 500, has been teaching yoga for 6 years and is passionate about creating new and memorable experiences for her students. She loves to get involved in the local community, and also to provide visitors with a one-of-a-kind wellness experience in Charleston. She loves all styles of yoga, but her favorite is any kind of yoga that happens outdoors in a beautiful Charleston setting, like the beach or a park!

Additional information:

We provide mats free of charge, please let us know how many you need in advance.

We also provide rose essential oil towels to cool off and relax at the end of class.

Especially on hot and sunny days, please bring your water bottle and sunscreen.

Gratuity is much appreciated, but is not required. :)
