I’m a young mom of 6 that was struggling with finding my identity again, so my best friend and I are using the free pass and instantly fell in love! We will 100% be purchasing a membership. Rebecca is so knowledgeable and our first class was so much fun. It was a large class and she engaged everyone flawlessly! If you’ve been thinking about getting into something just for YOU, look no further!!!

Today I had my second class of aerial silk led by Ana and it was so much fun. Ana is a great instructor and the girls are amazing. Can’t wait to try the other classes that they offer.

To my Jax Ladies, if you have not taken a pole class at In Shape Fitness, do it!!! The environment is so warm and welcoming. My instructor was Rebecca White. She is amazing and really breaks down the moves. She was also very encouraging. Everyone was so nice, and I had a great time. They have both static and spin poles. It is definitely a good time!!! And age ain't nothing but a number. One of our classmates was 73 and she had me ready to break out the ones 😅

Small groups all women ;I love the concept there is no judgement , just get moving and have fun. I especially enjoy classes with Clara she makes it fun . I also enjoy the Zumba , although it will take a couple of more sessions before i can follow all steps but again there is no judgement and all that’s important is to get moving and have fun . I was sceptique but this is my 2 nd week and am actually looking forward to next week . See you there 😄

My first time and I was so impressed. My yoga instructor was phenomenal. Easy to follow class. Environment was great as well. I’m so happy I found this place. Looking forward to going back.

First class was so good, its very empowering seeing the amazing things your body can do. Our instructor was spectacular and patient thanks inshape for the affordable good time!

This gym is the best!! They hosted our bridal party for a bungee fitness event and it was amazing!! We had such a blast doing this class and it was a great way to start the morning!! Everything was amazing and the ladies were the sweetest! We will definitely be back!!

I absolutely LOVE this place! My friend and I usually try to get together once a month and do something new and since we found this place WE CANNOT GET ENOUGH! All of the classes are really good, but pole classes and the pole instructor are for sure our favorite! It’s such a welcoming, non judgmental, fun environment and I love it! We laugh, get a good workout and discover new things that our bodies are capable of. I highly recommend you check them out, and feel free to go solo or with some friends! Everyone I have met while coming here is very supportive and friendly. Do it! Take a beginner class and discover a new thrill!

I’ve been attending this gym for about 6 months and absolutely love it! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and can adjust exercises and activities for any level. The classes are engaging and fun but also a serious workout. It is a very positive place to exercise where any type of person feels welcome!

Love this place! Such a calm, quaint little place and it’s extremely inclusive of all body types and fitness levels. The owner is really sweet and gracious and I like the small class sizes. She helps provide modified versions of movements and allows dancers to find their own flow.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! We attended a pole party here for my best friends bachelorette party and we had a BLAST. Our instructor Kim was amazing. Highly recommend!
