Doug is truly one of a kind. He is not only a very nice person, but also one of the hardest working people I have seen in the Castro Valley community. I always see him running from one event to another, constantly bringing joy and magic to people everywhere he goes. What makes Doug stand out is that his magic is not just a show on a stage. Whether it is a wine tasting event, a community celebration like Pete’s Hardware’s 100th anniversary, or even a simple visit to Beard Papa’s where he turned cream puffs into magic, Doug finds a way to make ordinary moments feel special. His talent goes beyond tricks. He has a unique ability to bring magic into real life, connect with people, and create memories that people will talk about long after the event is over. Castro Valley is lucky to have someone as talented, creative, and hardworking as Doug. Highly recommend him for any event.

IMPRESSIVE is the first word I think of when I think of Douglas, actually, MAGICAL! He is simply amazing! He is absolutely entertaining, has the best personality and keeps you mesmerized and completely confused... like how in the world did he do that?? If you can catch his act, I highly recommend it! Hire him for an event, you will be so glad you did!

Douglas McCay AKA The Charismatic Conjuror conveys an elevated magic experience which engages the audience in a relational manner unlike one I'd ever experienced from a magician. His manner of presence coupled with his entertainment skills elicited a superlative reaction from me. I'm not easily impressed yet Doug's ability to involve the audience in his presentation is highly commendable. The content / manner of his presentation reflect a thoughtful and deliberate strategy! Doug is a fantastic magician with poise and style. Doug entertained our guests at a holiday party and they loved him. He works the crowd and performs amazing tricks that got everyone engaged with both him and each other.
