Age requirement: Guests must be 18 or older to participate in spa treatments. Alcohol service is available for guests 21+ only with valid ID.
Alcohol policy: Champagne is provided for guests 21+. Any outside alcohol must be approved in advance. Guests under 21 may attend group events but may not consume alcohol.
Arrival time: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and a smooth start to the experience. Late arrivals may miss portions of the experience.
Group size: Minimum and maximum group sizes apply. Final headcount is required in advance to ensure proper staffing and preparation.
