How long is a Bead Bar party?

Most parties run about 2 hours, which gives everyone plenty of time to create 1–2 bracelets. We can adjust the time slightly based on your group size and pace.

Absolutely! Our DIY Bead Bar Kits are perfect for parties on the go or out-of-town celebrations. Kits include everything you need and can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.

Do you offer local delivery or travel for parties?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We’re based in Boston and serve the surrounding area. A travel fee may apply if your event is 30+ minutes outside of Quincy, MA. Delivery and pickup are also available for DIY kits.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and wedding season. DIY kits require at least 1 week for prep and shipping.

What age is this best for?

Bead Bar is best for ages 8 and up, but we’re happy to customize for younger kids with adult support. It’s especially popular for bachelorettes, birthdays, and girls’ nights!
