Do you provide instructions on how to kayak?

Yes, our experienced captain & crew will give you detailed instructions on how to properly kayak.

Question 2

Where does the kayak eco tour go?

Accepted Answer

Our expert guides will lead you on a kayak adventure near Anastasia Island, a stunning barrier island and State Park. This area is a true haven for both visitors and abundant wildlife, especially the many wading birds that forage along Salt Run.

Question 3

How do I board the kayak?

Accepted Answer

You’ll board the kayak using a ladder off the side of the boat that leads into knee-deep water. Our friendly crew will be right there to assist—one at the top of the ladder and one in the water holding the kayak steady. All you have to do is sit down and then stand up when you’re done. It’s simple, with just a touch of balance involved—and that’s exactly what our crew is there to help with!

Are food and drinks included in the ticket price?

Yes! We provide unlimited light snacks, water, sodas, beer and wine. You can bring your own food as long as there are no glass containers and it fits in a small soft cooler.
Please note alcohol is not served until the kayak portion of the tour is completed if you choose to participate.

Is there shade on the boat?

Yes, but the space is limited in the shaded areas.

Do you provide parking?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, Fury does not provide any parking. Please allow for time to get parked and walk to the check-in location, on the public Vilano Pier. Fury recommends that guests without adequate time to park and walk arrive by taxi or ride-share.

Question 7

What is your weather policy?

Accepted Answer

Fury tours will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. The Captain will assess the weather. Should the Captain determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the tour, the tour may be postponed or canceled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If you are unable to re-schedule your tour, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip. Every effort will be made to run tours as advertised. Should Fury have to amend or alter your tour due to extraneous circumstances, tickets remain non-refundable on tours taken.

What is you cancellation policy?

FURY WATER ADVENTURES REQUIRES all cancellations be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive any refund. Any cancellations made same day with less than 24-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Private Charter cancellation policies vary. Please refer to your Private Charter contract for additional information regarding cancellations or changes to a Fury Signature Charter.

What is reservation & refund protection?

Accepted Answer

Fury has a 24 hour notice cancellation policy to receive a refund. Guests can purchase Reservation Refund Protection to be eligible to cancel for a refund, transfer tickets or reschedule within 24 hours of departure. Notice for changes must be provided a minimum of 1 hour prior to the originally scheduled departure. Reservation refund protection fees are 100% non-refundable in the event of any cancellation or reservation change.
